Abhinav is the Chief Strategy Officer, APAC for thyssenkrupp. He is actively involved in leading digitalization initiatives for the group and is also the Founder & Board Member for thyssenkrupp Innovations a venture responsible for incubating new digital and AI solutions for industrial sector in Asia Pacific. He has significant experience in leading digital transformation programs having worked with McKinsey & Co. for several years as an Associate Partner in his last role and also led digitalization initiatives at Dell.


Abhinav is passionate about building digital skills and is a member of the World Economic Forum Digital ASEAN Task force and visiting lecturer at the St. Gallen Institute Of Management (Singapore campus). Abhinav has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders & Influencers on Future of Work and Digital Transformation by Thinkers 360, Awarded Analytics Asia Top100 award in 2019 and nominated for IoT Leader of the Year 2019. He has a MBA (Gold Medal) in Finance & Strategy from XLRI, India and a Bachelor of Technology (Gold Medal) in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Varanasi, India.
